Graduate Sales Executive
Want to build a career in sales where your effort has a visible impact?
Liberty Towers is a recruitment agency working with commercial clients across a range of industries. We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is curious about business and wants to learn how to win new clients.
This is an entry-level sales role with real responsibility. You’ll research companies, reach out to decision-makers, follow up on conversations and help our consultants turn new opportunities into lasting client relationships. You’ll learn from an experienced team and use LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools and a modern CRM to work effectively.
What you’ll do
- Research companies, hiring needs and the people who make recruitment decisions.
- Reach out to prospective clients by phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Start conversations, arrange meetings and follow up consistently.
- Keep prospect information and sales activity accurate in our CRM.
- Work with consultants on outreach campaigns and client proposals.
- Track your progress against clear activity and performance goals.

What we’re looking for
You’re motivated to build a career in sales, business development or recruitment. You communicate clearly, take feedback well and keep going when a conversation doesn’t lead to an immediate result.
You’ll need to be organised, willing to pick up the phone and interested in learning how businesses hire. An interest in AI and new technology will help you get the most from the tools we provide. A degree is welcome, but it isn’t essential. Previous sales or recruitment experience could help, but we’re equally interested in what you can learn and the drive you’ll bring.
