  • Hybrid role based in Whitechapel
  • Join a sales academy that has been thriving since 2008!
  • £28,000 base salary, £36,000 OTE
  • 7th September 2026 Start Date

The Company

Established in 2002, our client has a turnover of £200 million and over 700 members of staff. They provide Cloud, SD-WAN networks, Unified Communications services, and cybersecurity prevention and remediation services delivered over their own high capacity, secure, super-fast business-only network. Their capabilities extend to world-class professional and managed IT Services. They are trusted by over 3,000 customers and are the only company in Europe that operates and commits to eight ISO international standards. Due to expansion, they are looking for multiple graduates to join their team.

The Role

Joining as a Sales Executive on September 7th, you will be immersed into a sales academy that has existed since 2008. Your first 6 weeks will consist of learning, shadowing, and starting to make sales calls. Once you are settled in, you will buddy up with a senior sales team member to help develop new business sales opportunities together. This will largely be a new business focused role, however, there will be a small element of account management as you will be given a small portfolio of existing customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
