Graduate Sales Executive based in Cannock
£30,000-£32,000 basic salary + bonus

The Company
Our client is a well-established UK manufacturer specialising in energy-efficient commercial and industrial lighting solutions. They work with major businesses across sectors including logistics, retail, manufacturing, and aerospace.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Graduate Sales Executive to join their Cannock team.
The Package
- £30,000-£32,000 basic salary
- Bonus opportunities up to £40,000
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role
Initially based in the Cannock office, you will learn the business, products, and sales process before moving into a hybrid role with in-person customer visits.
You will generate new business and manage warm enquiries, speaking with end users, electrical contractors, architects, and engineering consultants. Alongside this, you'll develop your technical knowledge through lighting design, CAD, and Relux/DIALux training.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating new business through outbound calls and prospecting
- Managing warm enquiries and developing customer relationships
- Delivering product presentations and attending customer meetings
- Producing lighting designs, quotations, and ROI calculations
- Working with CAD and lighting design software
- Supporting marketing and product development activity

What We're looking for
- Full UK driving licence
- Commutable to Cannock
- Confident and comfortable speaking to customers
- Commercially aware and motivated by achieving results
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Keen to learn technical products and solutions
