Role Description

The Graduate Sales Executive will work in a full-time, remote capacity, engaging prospective and existing clients to promote the firm’s research services. Day-to-day activities include:

The role involves collaborating with research and account teams to:

  • Prepare proposals
  • Respond to inquiries
  • Support the development of tailored service offerings

The Graduate Sales Executive will:

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
  • Track progress toward sales targets
  • Contribute insights to refine sales strategies and marketing messages

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and present complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Interest in market research, data-driven decision-making, and consulting services, with the capacity to understand client needs and align them with appropriate solutions.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple prospects, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Comfort with remote work technologies, including CRM systems, video conferencing tools, and collaborative platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, economics, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach to learning and professional development, with resilience when working toward sales targets.
  • Prior exposure to sales, customer service, or client-facing roles through internships, projects, or entry-level positions is beneficial but not mandatory.
