Graduate Sales Executive | Events & Trade Finance

London (Farringdon) | Full-time - 4 days office, 1 WFH
£25-28k plus uncapped commission

Want to learn B2B sales properly, sell to senior finance leaders, and travel to Singapore, Geneva and Dubai in your first year?

We're working with a fast-growing media, events and trade finance group that's at the centre of global trade. They run international conferences for the people who finance the world's commodities, and they have a sister business that lends to importers, exporters and traders. Sales is expanding, and they need motivated graduates who thrive selling to join their growing team!

What you'll do

  • 🎯 Sell delegate tickets to three flagship international conferences
  • 📞 Run high-volume outbound: calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn
  • 💼 Talk to CFOs, treasurers, bankers, funds and fintech founders
  • 🔗 Spot businesses that need working capital and pass warm leads to the lending team
  • ✈️ Travel to events, meet delegates face to face and build next year's pipeline

What you'll bring

  • Some real outbound experience (SDR/BDR, telesales, ticket sales, commission-based roles at or after uni)
  • Competitive and motivated by commission
  • Confident on the phone with senior people
  • Resilience: you hear "no" and pick up the next call
  • Sharp written English
  • Nice to have: a business, finance or economics degree, an interest in commodities or global trade, CRM experience, or languages useful in Asia or the Middle East.
