Graduate Sales Executive – Leeds – £25,000 + OTE

Ready to kick-start your career in sales with a company that invests heavily in your development? This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual to join a fast-growing business where training, progression, and earning potential are at the heart of everything they do.

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and becoming a key part of a high-performing commercial team. You’ll gain hands-on experience from day one, building confidence and developing the skills needed for long-term success in sales.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the early stages of the sales cycle, identifying potential clients, starting conversations, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you’ll learn how to turn initial interest into real business outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
