Just graduated and ready to make your mark?
If you’ve worked hard to earn your degree and now want a career that rewards energy, ambition, and results, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
We’re looking for ambitious university graduates to join our Corporate Sales team in Bolton. No previous sales experience is required. What matters to us is your attitude, enthusiasm, resilience, and desire to succeed and, of course, your ambition to make lots of money along the way!
We’ve had extremely successful Graduate intakes previously, with many of our graduates going on to build long-term careers within the business.
One standout example is James Hayes-Clarke. James joined us as a university graduate with no prior sales experience. Through hard work, consistency, and a desire to progress, he has developed his career to become a Manager, now leading his own team of Sales Executives.
If you're looking for a company where you can progress, earn, and build a career, we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll be joining our high-performing internal sales team, where you’ll be responsible for speaking directly with business owners across the UK.
Your role will involve outbound B2B calling, building rapport with company owners, and identifying opportunities for them to explore the sale of their business with our Corporate Directors.
You’ll receive full training and ongoing development, so you don’t need to arrive with sales experience. We can teach you the sales process - your energy, personality, and drive are what will set you apart.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound B2B calls to business owners across the UK
- Building genuine rapport and establishing strong relationships
- Identifying potential opportunities and understanding business owners' requirements
- Arranging appointments for our Corporate Directors
- Working with our comprehensive in-house CRM system
- Working towards personal and team targets
- Delivering a professional, positive, and high-quality experience to every prospect
- Learning, developing, and continually improving your sales skills

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
