Graduate Sales Executive
Location: Southampton Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped bonus + guaranteed salary review after 6 months Regular pay rises upon hitting targets

About the Role
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you'll develop and expand your own customer portfolio across the North East, supporting manufacturers in sourcing specialist metal products for the UK's most demanding industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify new business opportunities and engage potential customers
- Build and nurture relationships via phone, email, LinkedIn, and customer visits
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage and grow your own customer portfolio
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline using our CRM system
- Work towards achievable sales and activity targets with ongoing support
Full Sales Training Provided
No prior sales experience necessary. You'll receive:
- Business development and prospecting techniques
- Consultative selling strategies
- Customer relationship management best practices
- Commercial negotiation skills
- Pipeline management
- Product and industry knowledge tailored to specialist metals
- Continuous sales coaching and mentoring
