Graduate Sales Executive (STEM / Engineering)
£28,000 - £32,000 + Annual Bonus + Employee-Owned Trust Bonus + Hybrid Working + Full Training + Progression + 23 Days Holiday + Pension
Location: Long Eaton, Nottingham
Are you a STEM Graduate looking to combine your technical knowledge with a career in sales, business development and engineering?
The company specialises in protecting and extending the lifespan of critical infrastructure across the UK. This company provide advanced corrosion protection systems, technical consultancy and specialist engineering solutions to major infrastructure owners, consultants and contractors.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing specialist engineering business, offering full technical and commercial training alongside a clear progression route into Technical Sales and Account Management. You will work with experienced engineers and commercial professionals while developing specialist knowledge within the corrosion protection and infrastructure sectors.
This role would suit a STEM Graduate with strong communication skills and a commercial mindset, looking to build a long-term career in Technical Sales within a specialist engineering industry.

The Role:
- Receiving full technical and commercial sales training
- Learning about reinforced concrete deterioration, corrosion and cathodic protection
- Preparing technical quotations, proposals and budget estimates
- Providing technical advice and support to clients
- Building relationships with consulting engineers, asset owners and specialist contractors
- Attending client meetings, technical presentations and industry events
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting company growth
- Hybrid working available following successful completion of probation
The Person:
- Degree in Engineering, Materials, Chemistry, or STEM discipline
- Interest in Technical Sales or Business Development
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to travel across the UK
