Are you looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing privately owned enterprise? We have a fantastic opportunity for you! We are recruiting a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team based in Bradford (BD3).
We are looking for an individual with great energy and a positive attitude to get involved in all aspects of sales and marketing! There has never been a more exciting time for us, and we’re looking for a like-minded, motivated individual to join our sales and marketing team on this exciting journey.
About the Company
Astonish is a local business with a global brand sold in over 60 countries worldwide. All of our products are manufactured in a state-of-the-art factory between Leeds and Bradford. The business has doubled its turnover in 3 years and continues to grow by putting the customer at the heart of our business. All our products are Cruelty Free, Vegan Approved, and we are at the front of sustainability through recyclable packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist team members with day-to-day sales and marketing tasks and coordinate sales and marketing projects and activities.
- Update weekly and monthly sales reports and then analyze them over time with key summaries.
- Analyze competitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth for new and existing products.
- Monitor online store performance and send out regular newsletters to promote sales.
- Visit key stores to review our brand in-store.
- Work with our agencies (design, digital, PR) to support the delivery of the marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with the team and marketing agencies to create monthly product priorities for the social media calendar.
- Keep up to date with social media trends and evolving social media features.
- Ensure the websites are kept updated, relevant, and engaging.
- Assist with the preparation of product launches.
- Seek content creators and influencers to collaborate with.
- Support the Brand and Marketing Manager with the preparation of monthly marketing reports and presentations.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in sales and marketing, ideally within a FMCG environment.
- Experience of Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently using own initiative and sense of ownership.
- Strong literacy and copywriting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced organization.
- A full driving licence and car will be needed to occasionally travel to external meetings and events.
