InterEx Group is looking for ambitious graduates to join our growing London team. You don't need recruitment experience; we're looking for people with the drive, personality, and ambition to succeed.
You'll learn how to build your own business within our global technology recruitment company, working with clients and candidates across some of the world's leading technology markets.
What You'll Learn
From day one, you'll be trained across the commercial side of recruitment, including:
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Business development and winning new opportunities
- Sales, negotiation, and closing
- Sourcing and attracting talent
- Managing the recruitment process
- Building your own market and network
- Working towards personal targets and financial goals
