The Company
Our client is a well-established UK manufacturer specialising in energy-efficient commercial and industrial lighting solutions. They work with major businesses across sectors including logistics, retail, manufacturing, and aerospace.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Graduate Sales Executive to join their Cannock team.
The Package
- £30,000-£32,000 basic salary
- Bonus opportunities up to £40,000
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role
This is a hands-on graduate sales role combining business development, customer interaction, and technical product knowledge.
Initially based in the Cannock office, you'll learn the products, customers, and sales process before moving into a hybrid role with regular customer visits.
You'll be responsible for generating new business, handling warm enquiries, and building relationships with end users, electrical contractors, architects, and engineering consultants.
You'll also receive technical training in lighting design, CAD, and Relux/DIALux, giving you the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded technical salesperson.

- Generate new business through outbound calls and prospecting
- Manage warm enquiries and develop customer relationships
- Deliver product presentations and attend customer meetings
- Produce quotations, lighting designs, and ROI calculations
- Develop technical knowledge across the product range
- Identify new business opportunities and support product development
What We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence
- Commutable to Cannock
- Confident speaking with customers and decision-makers
- Commercially driven and motivated by targets
- Competitive, ambitious, and keen to progress
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Keen to learn technical products and develop a career in sales
