Graduate Sales Representative
Location: Edinburgh, Leith (Full-Time, On-Site)
Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Performance-Based Earnings

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable commercial experience and develop professional skills in a fast-paced business environment?
Our client is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join their Edinburgh-based team as Graduate Sales Representatives. This entry-level opportunity offers hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, marketing, and business development, making it an excellent stepping stone for graduates looking to build a long-term career.
No previous sales experience is required. Full training, mentoring, and ongoing support are provided.

As a Graduate Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers, represent client brands, and support customer acquisition and engagement campaigns across Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for graduates who enjoy interacting with people, are eager to learn, and want to develop skills that are valuable across sales, marketing, business development, and leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally in face-to-face customer environments
- Engage with prospective customers and communicate product and service information clearly
- Build positive customer relationships and deliver excellent customer experiences
- Support the execution of customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns
- Learn and apply sales, communication, and presentation techniques
- Work towards individual and team performance objectives
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and development programmes

Additional Requirements
- Must be aged 18 or over
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
- Must be able to commute to our Edinburgh office in Leith, as this is a fully on-site role
