About Firo Studios
Firo Studios is a London-based content studio helping hospitality businesses and selected personal brands create high-quality social media content.
We work with bars, restaurants, pubs, cafés, and other businesses to create short-form videos, photography, and ongoing social media content.
We're growing and looking for freelance sales representatives to help us bring new monthly clients into the business.
The Role
Your main goal will be to find and bring new clients to Firo Studios. This could include:
- Finding suitable businesses in London
- Reaching out through Instagram, email, phone, or in person
- Speaking with owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Introducing Firo Studios and explaining our services
- Booking meetings
- Following up with potential clients
- Helping move interested businesses towards becoming paying monthly clients

You'll have support from the Firo Studios team, including our portfolio, service information, previous work, and help with closing opportunities when needed.
Commission
This is a commission-only freelance opportunity with no basic salary. For every new client you successfully bring to Firo Studios, you will receive:
50% of the client's first month's collected fee.
For example:
- If you bring in a client paying £1,000 per month, your commission is £500.
- If you bring in a client paying £1,500 per month, your commission is £750.
Commission is paid once the client has signed up and Firo Studios has received their first payment.
There is no fixed limit on the number of clients you can bring in.

- Confident speaking with business owners and managers
- Comfortable with outreach and sales
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Professional and reliable
- Comfortable building relationships and following up
- Interested in social media, content creation, hospitality, or marketing

Previous sales or business development experience is helpful, but we are also open to people who are confident communicators and want to develop their sales experience.
Knowledge of London's hospitality industry would be a strong advantage.
Working Style
This is a flexible freelance position. There are no fixed working hours. You can organise your own prospecting and outreach, with support from the Firo Studios team when required.
The role may involve remote outreach as well as visiting businesses or attending meetings in London.
About You
This could suit someone already working freelance, someone with experience in sales or hospitality, or someone looking to build additional income through business development.
We're particularly interested in people who enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, and creating opportunities rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
