We're the leading provider of automated legal solutions for startups in the UK, with offices in London, New York and Paris, and a team in Ireland.

We believe entrepreneurship should be accessible to everyone. Since we launched in 2016, we've served more than 60,000 startups who have collectively raised more than £2 billion on our platform. We've changed how early-stage companies fundraise, reward their teams and scale their businesses, forever.

Our Values

  • Invest and trust in each other
  • Are committed to a growth mindset
  • Embrace diversity and cultivate inclusion
  • Are driven by customer success

Joining our high performing Sales Team, you will spend your time speaking to some of the most interesting founders and senior stakeholders in UK start-ups, learning about their businesses and promoting the advantages of the SeedLegals platform - with a particular focus on our fundraising products. This is a fantastic entry point into a high-growth sales career, with full training and support provided from day one. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who is eager to learn, grow, and build a track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with founders and decision-makers at innovative UK startups, learning how to identify the right fundraising product and strategy to meet their goals.
  • Manage a 100+ pipeline of startups - learning how to prioritise leads, keep communication timely and professional, and progress deals through the sales cycle effectively.
  • Follow our sales process and CRM discipline rigorously - keeping records up to date, logging every interaction, and using the data to stay on top of your pipeline.
  • Develop your ability to listen actively and ask the right questions, gaining an understanding of individual startup needs and learning to demonstrate how SeedLegals can support them.
  • Focus on SeedLegals' fundraising solutions - helping founders understand how our platform simplifies seed rounds, SEIS/EIS, and early-stage investment documentation.
  • Help build positive relationships with founders from initial enquiry through to onboarding and first purchase.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, team calls, and gain exposure to founders, investors, and serial entrepreneurs.
  • Encouraged to share ideas and feedback on the product, the sales process, or the customer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
