Graduate Sales Support Associate
We are seeking an entry-level Graduate Sales Support Associate to join our Intermediaries and Wholesale sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career within financial services and gain exposure to sales, client relationships, business development and investment products.
You will work closely with Business Development Managers and senior stakeholders, providing the support and coordination that enables the Sales team to focus on developing relationships and driving growth.
The role also comes with a study support package, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to build their financial services knowledge and work towards professional qualifications alongside gaining practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advisers and wholesale clients with day-to-day queries, coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure information is handled accurately and in line with compliance requirements.
- Prepare meeting packs, presentations and proposals, coordinate meeting schedules and ensure actions and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, update opportunities and assist with weekly pipeline and activity reporting.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads, support initial qualification and pass relevant opportunities to Business Development Managers.
- Assist with webinars, fund manager meetings, conferences and other client and partner events.
- Maintain activity records and SLA reporting, identify opportunities to improve processes and help the Sales team operate efficiently.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the wider Sales and Client Support team.

About You
- Recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career within financial services.
- Genuine interest in financial services, investments or financial markets. Previous financial services experience is not required.
- Degree or equivalent qualification is desirable, particularly in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related subject.
- Progress towards a professional qualification such as CII, CISI or IOC would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and commercially minded, with an interest in developing client relationships and supporting business growth.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales, retail or another client-facing environment would be beneficial.
- Comfortable working with information and data and producing accurate reports.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within a financial services environment.
