About the Role
As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting ambitious individuals to join our London-based team as Executive Search Consultants. This opportunity is ideal for graduates, entry-level candidates, individuals with sales or client-facing experience, or recruiters seeking a new challenge within executive search.
Responsibilities
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will work on high-impact recruitment and advisory projects, gaining early exposure to senior stakeholders and complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with clients to understand their business objectives and long-term talent strategies
- Researching, identifying, and engaging senior-level professionals across specialist markets
- Conducting in-depth interviews and candidate assessments
- Managing recruitment processes end-to-end, from initial briefing through to offer negotiation and placement
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates while developing deep sector expertise

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, research, or client-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
