The role:
For the Gripple Graduate Scheme 2027 there are four different scheme pathways available:
- Digital & AI Enablement
- Operations
- Commercial
- People & Culture
Your extensive 12-month training programme will start in September 2027 and will give you as many options as possible to gather experience, make an impact and add value from day one and will include:
- Rotations and project work around key business areas, tailored to your specific pathway, but designed to push you out of your comfort zone
- One month based overseas at one of our global sites working on a real project
- A six-week rotation leading a production team in one of our world-class factories
- Mentoring from our Learning & Development team, plus an additional, high-level professional mentor aligned with your chosen pathway
- A seat on the Gripple Foundation and graduate team charity challenge, which offers networking opportunities outside the business

Who you are?
We’re looking for talented graduates who have completed, or are on track to complete, a Bachelor’s degree within the last two years. Ideally, you’ll have achieved or be predicted to achieve a First or 2:1 degree within a field relevant to your chosen pathway.
While we’re interested in your academic achievements, we’re equally interested in the following:
- Experiences from work, volunteering, sport, societies, projects or other activities that demonstrate your potential
- How you’ve challenged yourself, both in and outside of your studies
- Times you’ve shown initiative and taken ownership
- How you’ve responded to setbacks and learned from experience
- The positive impact you’ve made on others
