About the role
Location: Eccles or Wellingborough

Our rotational graduate scheme is designed to give you a breadth of experience across multiple core areas of the business:
Supply Chain / Trade Planning / Insight
Gain a deep understanding of how our products flow from supplier to customer. You’ll analyse performance, identify trends, and support trade planning decisions that drive sales and efficiency.
Buying
Step into the world of commercial decision-making. You’ll work alongside our buying teams to source products, build supplier relationships, and deliver ranges that meet customer needs and business goals.

Salary: £ 32,000
Start Date: 6 Sept 2027
You will be responsible for
- Using data and insight to influence trading decisions
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams
- Analysing performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Supporting commercial strategies across categories
- Taking increasing ownership as you progress through the scheme
