About the Role
We're looking for ambitious graduates who want to build a career in modern agriculture and farm management. Our 2027 Farm Management Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across large-scale commercial farming operations, developing the technical, leadership and commercial skills needed to become a future farming leader.

Over the course of the programme, you'll gain exposure to the entire crop cycle, working alongside experienced farm managers and agronomists to understand how food moves from seed to shelf. Placements may include, crop establishment and planting, irrigation planning and water management, growing operations, harvest, production and product management as well as the opportunity for international placements.

We'd Love To Hear From You If You're
- In your final year of university or have recently graduated
- Passionate about food, agriculture and in particular fresh produce
- Interested in developing a career in farm management
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- A proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Adaptable and willing to learn in a hands-on environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Excited by a career that combines practical farming with leadership responsibility

Agricultural experience is beneficial but not essential. We're looking for people with the enthusiasm, curiosity and ambition to grow with us.
