We're looking for ambitious graduates to join our 2027 Seed to Shelf Operations Graduate Programme, giving you the opportunity to experience every stage of our supply chain while developing the skills to become a future leader in our business.

What You’ll Experience
Over the course of the programme, you'll gain experience across a range of business areas, which may include manufacturing operations, product management, growing and harvest operations, commercial, technical and finance as well as the opportunity for international placements.
You'll work alongside experienced teams, build commercial awareness and develop practical leadership skills through:
- Managing projects and driving improvements
- Leading and motivating teams
- Solving real business challenges
- Understanding the journey from field to customer
- Exploring opportunities for international placements
We'd Love To Hear From You If You're
- In your final year of university or recently graduated
- Interested in building a career within food, farming, agriculture or fresh produce
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Curious, adaptable and eager to learn
- A strong problem-solver with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A team player who can also use their own initiative
