Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR)
London | £30,000 - £35,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Most graduate sales roles ask for experience.
Our client is more interested in what you've achieved.
They're looking for graduates who have a track record of pushing themselves, whether that's through competitive sport, academics, leadership positions, entrepreneurial ventures, or any other environment where hard work and determination lead to results.
If you've always been the person setting the standard rather than following it, you'll fit right in.
The Opportunity
Our client is building the next generation of high-performing sales professionals.
As a Graduate SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers and generating opportunities for the wider sales team.
No sales experience? No problem.
What's worse than booking a driving test and never being taught how to drive?
Too many companies hire graduates and expect them to figure things out for themselves. Our client does things differently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
