Graduate Sales Development Representative (Healthcare)

Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission
Location: London

What you'll be doing

  • Researching pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare organisations to identify new business opportunities
  • Reaching out to senior decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Building relationships and understanding client objectives
  • Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the commercial team
  • Developing expertise within a dedicated healthcare therapy area
  • Managing activity and opportunities through CRM systems
  • Working closely with experienced sales professionals and receiving ongoing coaching

What we're looking for

  • Recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
  • Genuine interest in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, recruitment, fundraising, or sales is beneficial but not essential
