Graduate Sales Development Representative (Healthcare)
Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission

What you'll be doing
- Researching pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare organisations to identify new business opportunities
- Reaching out to senior decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Building relationships and understanding client objectives
- Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for the commercial team
- Developing expertise within a dedicated healthcare therapy area
- Managing activity and opportunities through CRM systems
- Working closely with experienced sales professionals and receiving ongoing coaching
What we're looking for
- Recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
- Genuine interest in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, hospitality, recruitment, fundraising, or sales is beneficial but not essential
