Entry-Level Graduate SDR London – Launch Your Sales Career

£30,000 – £35,000 base + uncapped commission

We’re hiring Entry-Level Business Development Representatives to work across a range of clients spanning cyber, technology, AI, marketing, fintech, interior design, and more. It’s a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll gain broad experience early in your career.

Role

The Role

This is a new business-focused position, designed as a true entry point into the world of sales. As a BDR, you will:

  • Identify and engage with potential new clients
  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Carry out outbound outreach via phone, email, and social channels
  • Learn how to position products and services effectively
  • Work closely with senior sales professionals who will take deals forward
  • Build confidence in communication, objection handling, and commercial thinking
