We're recruiting a Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's team in Market Drayton. The Opportunity

As a Graduate SDR, you'll be at the forefront of the company's new business activity, introducing solutions to potential clients and creating opportunities for the wider sales team.

You'll learn how to identify prospects, engage decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and build strong professional relationships. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience while developing the skills required to progress into more senior positions.

What You'll Be Doing

Identifying New Business Opportunities

  • Research and target prospective clients across a range of industries
  • Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers
  • Introduce the company's services and generate interest
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities

Who We're Looking For

This role would suit a graduate who is naturally curious, commercially minded, and eager to build professional relationships.

You'll Ideally Have

  • A degree or higher education qualification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with a variety of people
  • A positive and resilient attitude
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • A desire to build a successful career in sales
  • The motivation to work towards individual and team targets

Previous sales experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
