Location: London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Basic + £35,000 - £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

We're partnering with a leading international logistics business that helps SMEs streamline their supply chains through an innovative digital platform. Following continued growth, they are looking to hire ambitious graduates and early-career professionals to join their London team as Graduate SDRs.
No previous sales or logistics experience is required. If you're commercially minded, motivated to succeed, and eager to learn, you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from day one.
The Opportunity
As a Graduate SDR, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers. You'll learn how to build relationships with decision-makers, generate new opportunities, and develop the foundations of a successful career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Identify and engage with prospective customers across your territory
- Qualify leads and book meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
- Learn and apply consultative sales techniques
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity
- Consistently work towards and achieve sales targets
About You
