Graduate SEN TA - Reading, Berkshire
Pay: £90-£105 per day

Are you a recent graduate looking to start a rewarding career in education? A welcoming primary school in Reading is seeking a passionate Graduate SEN TA to join their team.
As a Graduate SEN TA, you'll provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with SEN on a one-to-one and small-group basis.
- Assist teachers with inclusive lessons and targeted interventions.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals.

About You
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
- A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology, or a related subject.
- A genuine passion for supporting children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, positive, and flexible approach.
- An interest in a career within education, psychology, or SEN.
