The Opportunity
An established specialist recruitment consultancy is looking to expand its team and is hiring at Graduate, Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant level. The business specializes in recruiting across highly technical and specialist markets including Medical Devices, Scientific, Dental, Audiology, Animal Health, Clinical, Optical, Medical Aesthetics, and Engineering.

The Role
Depending on experience, you will take responsibility for developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and sourcing specialist candidates within your chosen market.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing accounts.
- Source, identify, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for vacancies.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial client brief through to placement.
- Develop an understanding of your specialist market and become a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates.
- Research companies, markets, and talent pools to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate offers and manage the process through to successful placement.
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Graduate / Entry-Level Candidates
For graduates and candidates without previous recruitment experience, full training and support will be provided.

Previous recruitment experience is not essential at graduate level.
Experienced / Senior Candidates
For experienced candidates, we're looking for recruiters with a proven track record of developing clients and delivering placements.
Previous recruitment experience within Life Sciences, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Scientific, Engineering, or another specialist/technical market would be advantageous.
