Graduate Site Administrator
Your first step into construction and project delivery.
Looking for your first graduate opportunity, but not interested in spending every day doing the same thing in an office?
Our Graduate Site Administrator role gives you the opportunity to become part of the team behind live construction projects, working alongside Project Managers, site teams, engineers and different departments across the business.
You'll help keep projects organised, information accurate and our sites running smoothly.
Most importantly, this is a beginning-of-career opportunity. You don’t need years of construction experience. We’re looking for someone organised, switched-on and keen to learn.
What will you actually be doing?
No two projects are exactly the same, but you'll get involved in areas including:
- Helping prepare daily and weekly project progress reports
- Keeping project trackers and information up to date
- Supporting timesheets, project costing, purchase orders and material requests
- Helping check and process payment information
- Organising project files and preparing documents
- Maintaining training records, competencies and certificates for site personnel
- Supporting health & safety administration, supplies and site signage
- Working with different departments to organise access to sites
- Communicating with subcontractors, supervisors and project teams
- Helping make sure our site teams have the information they need to get the job done

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Construction experience or a technical qualification would be useful, but for the right graduate, attitude and potential matter too. Site qualifications such as a CSCS card can be arranged where required.
