Role Description
The Graduate Social Enterprise Professional will support the day-to-day running and growth of Amplify Goods’ impact-led business. This hybrid role is based in London, with some flexibility to work from home. Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with operations and logistics around refill-first products
- Supporting data collection and reporting on social and environmental impact
- Contributing to partner and customer communications
- Participating in product and process improvement projects
- Helping to coordinate impact programmes for people facing barriers to employment
- Supporting marketing and outreach activities that amplify the organization’s mission

You will collaborate closely with the team, bringing fresh ideas and an analytical mindset to help scale Amplify Goods’ purpose-driven work.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in social enterprise, sustainability, and ESG, with the ability to analyse impact data and communicate insights clearly.
- Organizational and operational skills, including basic project coordination, time management, and attention to detail in day-to-day tasks.
- Communication skills across written and verbal formats, including the ability to draft clear emails, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a small team, build relationships with partners, and contribute positively to an inclusive workplace.
- Comfort with digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, shared drives, and basic data entry), and willingness to learn new systems used for impact tracking.
- Related academic background or practical experience in areas such as social enterprise, environmental studies, business, or social sciences is beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting people facing barriers to employment, alongside a proactive and learning-oriented attitude.
