Role Overview
As a graduate salesforce consultant, you will play an important role within Arlanis Reply's Salesforce development team, contributing to the design and development of innovative solutions whilst excelling at client delivery. This role offers quick career growth as a Salesforce Developer with progression into broader Salesforce Consulting. You will enjoy Reply’s diverse work environment, our extensive training and learning opportunities, and you'll be surrounded by peers who share your passion for emerging technologies. This is a Manchester based role with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities
- Development/configuration of Salesforce solutions, focusing initially on code-based development
- Design, code, and debug our clients' Salesforce solutions
- Defining and documenting operating procedures
- Understanding technical and business requirements to then translate them into implementation details
- Supporting the general delivery process on projects, helping the customer with on-site support activities
- Understanding and analysing a client's organisation/operation and requirements in order to produce recommendations, technical design documents, and time/cost estimates

About The Candidate
- You're on track to achieving / have achieved a Bachelor's or Master's degree (2.1 or higher) in IT, Computer Science, or in a Technology-related field
- You possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills paired with the ability to understand complex business processes
- Advanced knowledge of Java or C++, as well as JS/HTML frameworks
- Advanced knowledge using Relational Databases and SQL
- Interest in software development as well as in cloud-based solutions
- You've got a flexible attitude regarding local and international travelling as well as working across different projects
