Overview

CV-BRIDGE LTD is looking for an ambitious, creative, and problem-solving Graduate Software Engineer to join our expanding remote engineering team in the UK.

This role is tailored for recent graduates or entry-level developers eager to build scalable web applications, write clean and maintainable code, and work alongside experienced engineers to launch high-impact digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code across modern web stacks and software applications
  • Collaborate with senior software engineers to design, build, and deploy new product features
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems and applications
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning sessions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration flows, and software specifications
  • Conduct testing and validation procedures to ensure application performance and security
  • Learn and adapt to new programming technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
  • Basic proficiency in one or more core languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, or TypeScript)
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Node.js) or database platforms (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Solid problem-solving skills with a logical approach to debugging and system design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical coding bootcamp experience)
  • Personal programming projects, GitHub portfolio, or academic development work is highly desirable
