Healf is Europe's fastest-growing company. Number one on the FT1000, number one on the Sifted 100. From £1m to over £100m in under three years, with a small, talent-dense team and an electric culture with day one founder intensity. Now we're aiming for £1bn in the next three. We curate the world's best wellbeing brands across The Four Pillars™: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP. That's the first chapter. The next chapter is harder and more interesting. We are moving from one market to many, from e-commerce to a technology platform, and from curating wellbeing to defining it. We are a health company, so we think we should act like one. At its fullest expression, Healf redefines what wellbeing means for tens of millions of people.

About the Role

Moving from university to building your first production systems can be daunting. We understand! You will have hands-on support from experienced engineers around you to help support your learning and development.

You’ll help design, build and maintain the applications that replenish our warehouses, distribute stock internationally and directly drive the underlying key performance indicators of Healf’s business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will:

  • Learn: How to go from zero to robust working enterprise systems
  • Build: Cloud-native software robustly on AWS
  • Science: Using the latest Anthropic AI models you will bridge the gap between engineering, analytics and data science to invent genuinely smart systems
  • Impact: Developing intuitive user experiences people thank you directly for because it fundamentally improves how they perform their roles

As part of a small team you’ll have direct exposure to AWS infrastructure, the products, the sales and the supplier ordering data. You’ll get to meet and spend real time directly with the users of your systems.

Most importantly, you will be deploying your ideas daily with very little getting in the way of generating value.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, Robotics or AI related area
  • A genuine passion to understand how things work, how processes interoperate and where system feedback loops might drive oscillations in business outcomes
  • Willing to attend our Hammersmith office 2-3 days a week
  • Open to travel; either to our Southampton warehouse and/or European warehouse locations so as to learn the real physical processes that we support in the warehouse operation space (~ once a year).

We have built the fastest-growing company in Europe with a team small enough that every person in it shapes the outcome. That is still true today. The next person we hire will change the trajectory of the company.

If the most important work of your career is ahead of you, this is the place to do it.
