Graduate Solutions Consultant (French Speaking) - Physics, Natural Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Languages, Law (Bachelors/Masters)

If you're looking to build a career at the intersection of technology, consultancy, pre-sales, and client engagement, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to learn, develop, and make an impact from day one.

This opportunity is particularly suited to an ambitious graduate who enjoys solving complex problems, presenting ideas, demonstrating technology, and engaging with clients. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the pre-sales process, developing the commercial, consultative, and presentation skills needed to build a successful career in technology pre-sales, solutions consulting, and customer engagement.

Due to continued growth across European markets, we're particularly interested in candidates who are native French speakers or fluent in French, and who are excited by the opportunity to work with international clients in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will be analytical, ambitious, and customer-focused, with:

  • Academic Excellence: Graduated from a leading university with a 2:1 or above in Physics, Natural Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Languages, Law, or a related discipline, supported by strong A-Level results or the equivalent from a leading International University.
  • French Language Skills: Native-level French or fluent French language skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Relevant Experience: Ideally, some work experience or an internship within a fast-paced technology, consulting, or professional services environment involving client interaction.
  • Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in technology, software, and AI, coupled with a strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Able to understand complex concepts and explain them clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences.
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable presenting ideas and, over time, demonstrating technology solutions to clients and prospects.
  • Professional Confidence: Capable of building rapport and communicating credibly with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients.
  • Consultative Mindset: Curious about how organizations operate and motivated by understanding client challenges before identifying the right solution.
  • Strong Interest in Pre-Sales: A genuine ambition to develop a career in technology pre-sales, solutions consulting, or product consulting. Previous pre-sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Commercial Awareness: Interested in understanding how technology creates value for clients and how solutions are positioned throughout the buying process.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required.
  • Additional Languages: Fluency in other European languages would be advantageous but not essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
