About the Role
Are you a recent Statistics graduate looking to begin your career in data analysis and statistical modelling? We are seeking a motivated and analytical Graduate Statistician to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about data, mathematics, problem-solving, and transforming data into meaningful business insights.
No prior professional experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided to help you develop your statistical, analytical, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Assist in designing and conducting statistical studies and research.
- Support the development of predictive models and forecasting techniques.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data visualisations for stakeholders.
- Interpret statistical results and communicate findings clearly.
- Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data quality.
- Support business decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams on data analysis projects.
- Apply statistical methods to solve real-world business problems.
- Document methodologies, processes, and analytical findings.
- Stay updated with emerging statistical tools and analytical techniques.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Recent graduate
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and quantitative analysis.
- Good analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with statistical software or programming languages is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.

- Academic projects or internships involving data analysis are an advantage but not required.
