About The Role
This permanent position as a Graduate Structural Engineer is based in Hatfield, offering a salary of £28,000 to £32,000 annually. The successful candidate will join a regional civil and structural consultancy, working on large-scale developments across the UK.

This regional civil structural consultancy with a broad spread of projects is currently seeking to employ a structural graduate design engineer who is seeking their first job in the industry or an engineer seeking their second role to progress towards chartership.
As a practice they work on large scale developments across the UK and you will be joining a team of engineers and technicians to work on projects from £8m to £30m. They work on refurbishment and new build projects, employ the latest design technology and are renowned for their developmental approach to the use of BIM within the construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Along with complex projects they will offer full CPD training and support to chartership with either institute.

Requirements:
- To be considered for the shortlist you will have an appropriate MEng or MSc, have a strong academic background (Most likely 1st class honours and strong A Level results) and be able to demonstrate a passion for building structures and design throughout your academics.
