Graduate Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Redhill, Surrey (Onsite)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus benefits
Alexander Steele Recruitment are delighted to be supporting an award-winning FMCG business in the recruitment of a Graduate Supply Chain Analyst to join their growing Supply Chain team.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent graduate, or an individual in the early stages of their career, who is looking to develop a long-term career within Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or Operations.
The successful candidate will join a structured 18-month development programme, receiving training, mentoring and hands-on experience across key areas of the supply chain function. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will develop the analytical, commercial and planning skills required to become an established Supply Chain Planner within the business.
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in supply chain, strong analytical capability, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Previous supply chain experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
Throughout your training programme, you will:
- Analyse sales, stock, supply chain and operational data to support business decisions.
- Assist with forecasting, planning and reporting activities.
- Support the management of product availability and inventory levels.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to monitor orders and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate information within company systems and spreadsheets.
- Produce reports, analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics and Sales teams.
- Support supply chain improvement projects and business initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of demand planning, procurement, inventory management and supplier performance.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
