Wyvern Surveyors is a growing independent RICS-regulated residential surveying practice covering Wiltshire, Bath, Bristol, Somerset, and South Gloucestershire. We are seeking an ambitious SAVA graduate or newly qualified AssocRICS surveyor who wants to build a long-term career in residential surveying.
We welcome applications from candidates who have already achieved AssocRICS, as well as recent SAVA graduates who are close to completing their AssocRICS pathway.
You’ll gain experience across RICS Home Surveys Levels 1, 2, and 3, residential valuations, building pathology, and specialist residential instructions, with structured mentoring, technical support, and report review as your competence develops.
