Job Specification
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor to join our Residential team from Tuesday 1st September 2026. As part of your graduate programme (year one), we offer a great opportunity to work within other divisions such as our Building Consultancy, Planning, and Commercial teams. We offer a broad range of experience which will support the successful candidate to achieve MRICS surveyor status.
- Inspecting and measuring properties
- Undertaking comparable research and analysing key data
- Undertaking development appraisals
- Producing formal and informal valuation reports
- Assisting in relation to agency instructions, including the due diligence, sale preparation, and marketing of properties
- Assisting the team in achieving targets and growing the business line
- Providing specialist advice to clients on aspects of affordable housing delivery, including design, tenure type, and mix

Person Specification
- RICS Accredited Degree
- Experience of providing residential development advice preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of Affordable Housing would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Argus Developer would be an advantage
- Good report writing and communication skills
- A high degree of IT literacy is essential
