Launch Your Career Where Finance Meets Purpose

The investment industry is changing, and so are we.

We're looking for bright, ambitious graduates who want more than just their first job. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking investment business where you'll help identify companies creating positive environmental and social impact while delivering long-term value for investors.

As a Graduate Sustainable Investment Associate, you'll become part of a collaborative team working on real investment opportunities from the beginning of your career. You'll gain practical experience, receive continuous mentoring and develop a strong understanding of responsible investing, financial markets and company analysis.

Whether you're analysing emerging industries, researching global market trends or supporting investment decisions, you'll play an important role in helping shape future investment strategies.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same. During your graduate programme you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Researching companies across global financial markets
  • Assessing environmental, social and governance performance
  • Supporting investment recommendations through market research
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and investment trends
  • Producing reports for senior investment professionals
  • Reviewing corporate sustainability initiatives
  • Identifying investment risks and future growth opportunities
  • Analysing industry developments and economic news
  • Collaborating with experienced investment managers on live projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
