Graduate TA - Aspiring Teacher | Primary School | Reading, Berkshire

The Role

As a Graduate TA - Aspiring Teacher, you'll support pupils across the curriculum, working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences. You'll provide one-to-one support, lead small intervention groups, and help create a positive classroom environment where every child feels encouraged to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Work with individual pupils and small groups to boost learning and confidence.

  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.

The ideal Graduate TA - Aspiring Teacher will have:
