Multiple Opportunities Across Schools in Ealing
Reeson Education is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants for a number of schools across Ealing.

Reeson Education is working with a number of excellent schools across Ealing who are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and committed graduates to join them as Teaching Assistants.
This is an ideal opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and want to gain meaningful experience in a school environment before progressing into teacher training.
The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and support pupils with their learning and development.
Your Responsibilities May Include
- Supporting teachers during lessons and classroom activities
- Working with pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis
- Supporting pupils with their academic progress
- Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Supporting Pupils Who May Require Additional Help
- Developing positive relationships with children and young people
- Assisting with classroom management and behaviour
- Working closely with teachers and other school staff

Previous experience working in a school is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm, commitment and genuine desire to work with children and pursue a career in education.
