Coventry | Full Time | September Start
£20,000 - £25,000 (Term Time Only)

We are working with a welcoming and high-achieving Catholic secondary school in Coventry to appoint an enthusiastic and committed graduate teaching assistant for a full-time, long-term position.
This is the perfect opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about education and wants to make a genuine difference to young people’s lives and opportunities, whilst developing the necessary skills and experience for teacher training.

The role
As a graduate teaching assistant, you will:
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom
- Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students of varying needs and abilities
- Assist with classroom organisation and lesson preparation
- Become an integral member of an inclusive school community
The ideal candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in English, Maths, Science, Education or a related subject
- Has a genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- Experience of working with young people is desirable
- Is considering a future career in teaching
- Is reliable, proactive and eager to learn
