We are working with a welcoming and high-achieving Catholic secondary school in Coventry to appoint an enthusiastic and committed graduate teaching assistant for a full-time, long-term position.

The role

As a graduate teaching assistant, you will:

  • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom
  • Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students of varying needs and abilities
  • Assist with classroom organisation and lesson preparation
  • Become an integral member of an inclusive school community

The ideal candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in English, Maths, Science, Education or a related subject
  • Has a genuine passion for education and supporting young people
  • Experience of working with young people is desirable
  • Is considering a future career in teaching
  • Is reliable, proactive and eager to learn
