Role Description The Graduate Teaching Assistant role at Step Into Teaching is a full-time, on-site position based in our partner schools.
In this role, the Graduate Teaching Assistant supports classroom teachers with lesson delivery, preparation of learning materials, and supervision of learners during lessons and school activities.
Responsibilities
- Working with small groups or individual learners
- Reinforcing key concepts
- Assisting with classroom management to maintain an inclusive and positive learning environment

Additional Duties
- Helping track learner progress
- Providing feedback to teaching staff
- Contributing to intervention or support programmes where needed
