About Hubexo
At Hubexo, you’ll turn manufacturers’ technical documents into clear, accurate content for our NBS products. You’ll build practical skills in specification writing, product classification, and digital construction information.
You don’t need previous paid authoring experience. Bring your construction knowledge, clear writing, and a careful approach. We’ll help you learn our products, systems, and authoring standards.
What you’ll do
Manufacturers supply information about their building products. Architects and specifiers need to find it, understand it, and use it confidently. Your work helps connect the two.
Working in our Supplier Technical Delivery team, you’ll:
- Create and update product information and specification content for NBS Source, Chorus, and Lattira Spec.
- Read technical documents, research missing details, and write clear product descriptions.
- Classify straightforward building products and add supplied BIM data to the correct records.
- Check descriptions, supporting documents, and certification links for accuracy and completeness.
- Publish approved content, archive outdated records, and manage manufacturers’ requests for changes.
- Speak with customers and work with technical authors, Sales, Customer Success, and delivery colleagues to keep work moving.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
