The Role

The Graduate Technical Professional role will develop knowledge and skills through structured learning and a training programme to aid growth and development.

During your Graduate Technical Professional you will offer 2nd line support with specific technical capacity, maintaining service operation and security.

In the role you will offer resolution of incidents, assist impact evaluation of major incidents and support service in the instance of disaster recovery.

The role of Graduate Technical Professional will require you to support analysis of tasks for business service operations and projects.

Following instruction, you will take ownership of incidents/requests assigned via our online reporting system.

You will also support the installation for a specific technical area of expertise including call emergency support where required.

You will develop experience in one or more ICT components (server, network, database, applications) and you will be developed to progress to ICT Technical Professional.

This role is fixed term for the purpose of completing the Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship and will end 24 months after you start with us.
