Rendesco is the UK's leading heat pump and heat network business. We design, build, fund, own and operate low-carbon heating solutions that are helping to decarbonise homes across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a long-term career in technical sales within the renewable energy sector.

The Role

Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you’ll support a portfolio of national and regional housebuilder clients, gaining hands-on experience across the technical, commercial, and sales process. We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, curious, and keen to build a career in technical sales.

You’ll ideally have:

  • A 2:1 degree or above, preferably from a Russell Group university.
  • A degree in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, Building Services Engineering, Property Development, Built Environment, or a related discipline.
  • An interest in renewable and low-carbon heating.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
  • Good commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn.
  • You don't need to be an expert in the technical aspects of renewable heating already—we're looking for someone with the drive, curiosity, and potential to become one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
