Graduate Technical Specialist
A fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Technical Specialist to join an incredibly exciting, innovative technology company based in the Greater Cambridge area. Working within a growing technical deployment team, you will support customers with the rollout and implementation of advanced technology solutions across a wide range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a very bright graduate who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working directly with customers, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge products and real-world deployments from day one.
Location: Saffron Walden, Essex / Greater Cambridge area, with travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally where required
Salary: Upwards of £30,000+ per annum, depending on experience and qualifications + benefits
Requirements for Graduate Technical Specialist: This company values a top academic background, so you should have achieved a minimum 2:1 degree in a STEM subject such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics Achieved at least AAA at A Level or equivalent UCAS points Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work with external customers and stakeholders Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools Willingness to travel to customer sites when required Must be eligible to qualify for UK security clearance due to the nature of some customer projects

Responsibilities for Graduate Technical Specialist: Support customer deployments from initial planning through to rollout and post-deployment support Understand customer requirements and advise on deployment strategies and use cases Deliver product training and technical guidance to customers Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance Work across multiple concurrent customer projects Collaborate closely with internal technical and product teams Learn new technologies and systems to support a broad range of customer environments Travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally where required
