One of the fastest-growing and most exciting commercial real estate companies are looking for bright and motivated individuals to join their Technology team.

Working as part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, this is a great opportunity to build your career in Tech.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to develop practical experience across Microsoft technologies, AI, automation, cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud services, and enterprise technology operations. Working closely with the Head of IT, technology partners, and colleagues across the business, you will support the delivery of strategic technology initiatives that enhance the member and colleague experience while helping to maintain secure, scalable, and efficient technology services across the company.

This is not a traditional tech role. Whilst some first and second-line support responsibilities will be required, the primary focus of the role is Microsoft technologies, AI adoption, automation, cybersecurity, data analysis, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
