About Reply

Reply specialises in designing and implementing solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Role overview

As a Technology Consultant, based in our Manchester office, you will be supporting our clients to stay at the forefront of technology by helping them optimise their digital strategies and solving real technology challenges. You'll be instrumental in analysing our clients' business operating models and help identify areas of improvement. Responsibilities

  • Assisting in creating high-level and low-level design specifications for digital solutions
  • Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional designs and detailed strategic roadmaps
  • You'll document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from our clients on the specifications
  • You'll be the link between the customer, the development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle

About the candidate

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1 or above) is required in Business Management, Economics, Computer Science, IT, or in a Technology-related field
  • Excellent communications skills
  • A passion for solving business problems using emerging technology
  • Flexibility in regards to local and international travel
  • Flexible attitude towards working across different projects in different sectors
  • No previous work experience is required, but rather a strong education and a hunger to learn
